HP iPAQ 111 Classic Handheld (FA979AA#ABA) (110 Series) Review
After almost four years, my Palm finally died. I used it ALL THE TIME so I needed to replace it immediately. Apparently, Palm doesn’t make hanhelds anymore, just smartphones which I didn’t want. So I found this. I neede one that would run MobiPocket as I wasn’t looking forword to converting my almost 600 e-books. (Yes I am a nerd)This handheld does all I ask of it, as well as a bunch of things I don’t know how to work yet, and it was a very reasonable price. Windows Mobile has quite a few programs you can buy to add on to it although I haven’t bought any yet.Service through HP seems to be quite good; I called them and asked a few questions and they were happy to answer.I do like this quite a bit….but I still missed my Palm.

This device has become absolutely ESSENTIAL for me. This is a laptop without the bulk, and although there are limitations in surfing the web via mobile, the portability can’t be beat. I can whip this out while I’m shopping, which I certainly can’t do with a laptop or a netbook.
