Let me first say that I bought this product with very low expectations. I’ve used laptops for a good part of my life for work and gaming, so what I wanted was a keyboard and touchpad solution that mimicked my laptop’s comfort and utility. I’m happy to say, I got exactly what I wanted.
Pros:* Amazingly light – could pick it up with one finger if it was small enough. You’ll be surprised.* Physical keypad is very responsive. I bought this for my HTPC, and it’s everything I hoped for….. and more.
You can probably disregard most of the previous reviews of this keyboard. I received mine yesterday, and it seems that it has been improved in many ways. Some issues that previous reviews have mentioned which have been addressed:
The auto-off power saving feature seems to have been improved and a power switch has been added. I bought this to replace the Adesso keyboard with the trackball mouse (Wireless Rf Mini Multimedia USB Kyb with optical Trackball 2.4GHZ Blk) – it has the auto-off feature and the missed keystrokes it causes can be quite annoying. Based on previous reviews of this keyboard, I expected much of the same, but so far it hasn’t been an issue.
