I have this printer for couple of years and I never had any problem with it, cartridges are cheap, black cost about .00. I feel bad for people who had bad experience with it but I would like to say some: It does not matter what kind the printer you buy if it is not set up right it wont get a good printing quality. Example: to print photos it must be set for high quality instead of draft.
