Ugh … the player with a bad attitude. It sounds like a serious sports cliché, but true – they are like a cancer in the locker room, on the practice filed / patio and a game. You can make things difficult for all athletes of the team in line with their problem behavior.

But, believe it or not, you can put a stop – or at least reduce it to begin to establish certain rules. It does not hurt the playersparents involved with this. It takes energy to deal with players who have a lot of bad attitude, but can be rotated, and the impact it can for the rest of the team significantly reduced.

Here are some tools to deal with problem athletes:

Olay general rules for players and parents – This is the first thing that every coach – to say, especially if a team working as a team to the school community. I would even if a schoolI was team-coaching. Plan a parent and expect to be part of each match.

In this session, we will explain to parents and players that the behavior is expected of players and as They Are to perform on the field of practice and when you play. This is Coach Carter, but it is preached in many of the current guidelines Athletic Club – buses must take control of the team immediately.

It 'important to lay the foundations for: behaviors, expectations, behaviors,Games, and the role of parents.

oDeal with the player as an equal – if you act, try patronizing, or worse, call a player in front of their colleagues, there could be the answer you want. Talk to the players behind closed doors and teaches them to take an active role in their team. Do not talk in front of them.

otalk team leader – if you can approach allows the team leaders, who are able to convince or to have an effect on the behavior of the player (s) with attitude problems. EqualThe pressure is often the best pressure on citizens.

Wishbone players the responsibility – and the advantage the player a positive influence. Get them with most of the teams involved to try to generate positive interest, what does the team. You'll be surprised what you can do.
